Frazetta giggle

I always get the giggles when I read one particular 'Personal Love' story illustrated bij Frank Frazetta. Look at these frames:

Why on earth does this girl have so many statuettes at her home?
Is it Frazetta's symbolic portrayal of the emotions the characters experience?
I bet Frazetta drew these statuettes solely for his own amusement; as a way to distract himself from the somewhat dull material that makes up the rest of the story.
In my opinion these statuettes are the best part of the whole illustration! Look at the ferocious lioness!... The incredible drawing of the dancer!

What a gems!
